Staff was friendly and helpful and there was lots of information at our disposal. We also appreciated the eco-friendly aspect of the hotel.
A little expensive, but it was the only hotel in town, so it could have been worse.

The location is superb in a stunning Sardinian village high in the mountains. The hotel is authentic and the birthplace of a famous Italian contemporary artist. The owners were friendly, helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean with stunning views.
Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel in Sardinia exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the location is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by mountains and with stunning views of the sea, it is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. The rooms are simple yet tastefully furnished, and what makes them truly special is the amazing view they offer. Waking up to the sight of the mountains and valleys was a treat for the senses. Another aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. From the friendly and accommodating family who run the hotel to the basic amenities provided, everything was well taken care of. Finally, I have to mention the breakfast. Although it mainly consisted of sweets, it was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Its location amidst the beautiful mountains gave me a serene and calm experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and my room was the epitome of cleanliness. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with the breakfast spread that had a wide variety of options. The best part was the hotel's proximity to a lovely restaurant with a gorgeous terrace that had a perfect view of the sea.
Nothing to fault. The overall experience was impressive and worthy of praise.

The hotel had a good breakfast included in the fee and the owners were nice people. The location was surrounded by nature and the hiking trails in the area were amazing.
The hotel was located too far away from the popular beaches and cities. , the room was very basic and lacked amenities such as a minibar or a hairdryer.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to several hiking trails and a short drive away from the nearest town. The view from the hotel was also impressive, with mountains and valleys in the distance. The breakfast was quite generous, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was quite cold, even though it was during Christmas time. The heating system was not effective, and we had to rely on extra blankets to stay warm. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, often disconnecting during use. I did not have a great experience at this hotel.

This hotel in the charming village of Ulassai offers a truly unique experience. One of the standout features is the attentive and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The owner, Tonino, is especially noteworthy, ensuring guests have a remarkable time. He takes delight in showing visitors his impressive wine cellar and even allows them to help themselves to the local Cannonau wine. His knowledge of the area is extensive, as he will guide you to the stunning caves high above the village and to the mountain for a midnight stargazing experience. It's these personal touches and warm hospitality that truly set this hotel apart.
All was exceptional, no improvement needed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and friendly staff to meet your every need. Breakfast is not to be missed, with an array of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a reliable Wi-Fi connection and helpful tours of the area.
The hotel's decor could benefit from a bit of an update in order to modernize the overall look and atmosphere.
